Please make sure you compress all of your relevant files into a single archive file using a compression utility that results in a .ZIP or .SIT package so that your printing files are not corrupted during transit. On a PC you may use a utility like Stuffit or WinZIP to do this. On a Macintosh, you can right-click on a folder containing your files and select "compress name-of-folder" to create a .ZIP archive.
